1. Unbind Cobo Auth
If you need to cancel the currently bound Cobo Auth, please contact the administrator user of your team and reset the Cobo Guard for you on the team management page (the reset operation requires the administrator to confirm the authorization through Cobo Auth).
If you are the only administrator user of the team, you need to complete the following written application process to unbind Cobo Auth. Please note that this written application needs to be stamped with the official seal of the company:
1) For a written application, please refer to: "Company name_________, change item_________, user email before change________, change applicant's ID number ________, change applicant email________.
Inscription: applicant's name, applicant's ID number, application date"
2) Email to custodyservice@cobo.com
Attachment: The above written materials + scanned copy of the front and back of the applicant's ID card
2. Replace Cobo Auth
1) If the original bound Cobo Auth can be used normally
Please enter the personal page, click "Modify", and use the Cobo Auth of the new device to scan and change the binding code;
After scanning the code successfully, the originally bound Cobo Auth will receive a binding confirmation message. After the authorization is passed, the binding status will change to "bound (to be confirmed by the administrator)". At this time, the originally bound Cobo Auth The Auth is still available, and the new Auth needs to be confirmed by the team administrator to complete the replacement.
2) If the original bound Cobo Auth can no longer be used normally
