- The website version and Play Store versions are not similar versions. Please confirm that the download channel and upgrade channel are the same to prevent any upgrade failures.
- If the upgrade continues to fail, it could be the existing version of the app is too old. Please uninstall the old version and install the latest version directly after backing up the password of Cloud wallet and recovery phrase of HD wallet.
