Once your Cobo Custody account is ready, you will receive an email to set up your account. If the link is invalid (used/expired), please contact the respective Cobo administrator to re-send the set-up email.
Once you have opened the link, fill in the required information.
The password should be within 8-30 characters, with a minimum of one capital letter, a lowercase letter and a number.
Following which, enter the SMS code that is sent to the registered phone number. (the phone number that you registered when creating Cobo Custody account).
Next, you are required to bind 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication).
Once you have set-up the 2FA, use it to scan the QR code and input the 6-digit verification code accordingly.
Note: Users are required to key in the 2FA code for sensitive operations like logging in, withdrawals etc.
