In the Wallet, users can view all their digital assets at one glance.
Under the Coins tab, users can select the specific digital currency and they will be able to see all the transaction records.
Under Settings (which is only open to administrators) tab, administrators can set alarm rules and the exchange limit of the respective currency.
Auto Transfer
Setting exchange limit: When the wallet holds more than its threshold for the respective currency, it will automatically transfer to another allocated address. The wallet will retain some of the respective currency (set by you) to meet the needs of daily business operations' needs.
Note: To ensure the safety of your funds, any changes in the allocated address will only take effect 24 hours after and there will be no automatic transfer. Changing the allocated address will also send out an email to the administrators. Administrators are advised to check the changes in the allocated address and inform if there is any abnormality.
Alarm: The alarm is meant to alert the users by email when the balance of the respective currency is below the threshold (alarm threshold is set by the users) Please note that this does not guarantee that your normal business will not be affected because of the low funding in the respective currency. Administrators can set the following personnel (does not have to be an administrator) that will receive the email notification. Users are advised to recharge their currency upon notice to ensure withdrawal operations are not compromised.
Settings Permission
Administrators can change the name of wallet and set the personnel to receive alerts in the wallet settings (alerts when the wallet amount is below the threshold)
Ordinary users in the wallet settings can "freeze" the wallet (once the wallet is frozen, all transfer operations are stopped, including Cash Withdrawal and Auto Transfer). This function is meant to be used only on emergency circumstances. Please exercise caution when triggering the freeze function to avoid affecting your business.
Only administrators can unfreeze and restore the wallet. Ordinary users can apply for unfreezing, where an email will be sent to the administrators to unfreeze the wallet.
