Due to new regulations in Korea, we noticed that deposits from Cobo to some Korean exchanges were unsuccessful. Currently, it is recommended not to deposit funds on such exchanges. If Cobo's deposit transaction fails, assets may be lost and cannot be retrieved. It needs to be retrieved manually. If the recharge fails, you can provide relevant information and we will evaluate whether the assets can be recovered. If it can be retrieved, Cobo will charge for each transaction. $47 manual retrieval fee.
Cobo is following up and evaluating relevant regulations and will announce any updates in due course.
